Paula Faris
Paula Faris is an American journalist
from the United States. She was previously an anchor for TV on ABC News. Her
time as co-anchor on Good Morning America Weekend (2014-2018) and co-host of
The View (2015-2018) are famous. Before this, she co-anchored World News Now as
well as America This Morning. After graduating, she worked in several
communications-related jobs including an operations position at Mills/James
Productions in Columbus, Ohio. Because of the lack of opportunities available
on television, she landed a job as a sales representative for radio. She was
recruited to work as a WKEF/WRGT production assistant. She later was promoted
to reporter and anchor. From 2002 to 2005 she was the sports anchor for
weekends and the weekday sports anchor for WPO-TV in Cincinnati. She became a
sports reporter at NBC's Chicago affiliate WMAQ-TV from November 2005 until
December 2011 after her contract was terminated. In December 2011, she was
appointed by ABC News the news division of ABC. The 2nd of January, 2012 she
made her debut on the network's World News Now and America This Morning. She
was a correspondent and substitute for Good Morning America during this time.
She was later promoted as the New York-based reporter for the entire ABC News
programs. She was unable to finish the final show of World News Now or America
This Morning. The show aired on January 22nd, 2013. Following the time that
Bianna Golodryga quit for Yahoo!, her debut as co-anchor on Good Morning
America Weekend was scheduled for August 9, 2014. News. News. The contract was
renewed by ABC for its 20th season on the 3rd of August. Season 21 was also
renewed, with her hosting duties as co-hosts. She was a regular guest on
episodes on Fridays in the 21st and 22nd seasons.
